Intouch Holistics Description
Liberations was born from the belief that we can all make choices to support our health, wellbeing and our fulfilment in life. To free ourselves and emotions, physical symptoms and behaviours that limit us. Sometimes the choices can feel difficult and we can feel stuck, sometimes we need a helping hand to support us. Liberations offers coaching, meditations and /or complementary therapy to support you through these choices.
The services offered include: -
• Reflexology and Reiki treatments to support your immune system, boost energy and general wellbeing.
• Life coaching sessions, providing a safe, non judgemental space where you can focus on your goals with clarity, remove any self limiting beliefs and move forward to achieve your full potential to be who are meant to be, authentically.
Meditation tutoring for children and teens - to facilitate learning a life skills to support them to feel confident, have self esteem and self belief.
These services are offered for individuals or companies who wish to make positive changes and support themselves and their employees.
