Introcar Description
IntroCar are international Rolls-Royce & Bentley parts specialists who supply parts both to retail as well as other specialists in the industry.
IntroCar has been trading in Rolls-Royce & Bentley parts since 1989. The parts team are excellently equipped to deal with enquiries relating to mechanical issues and to source any part required, whether the client prefers new, used, reconditioned or alternative.
The IntroCar website is an easy to use, live availability catalogue for every single part which is inventoried at the premises with a current list of more than 264k items.

- A customer can select any version of a product which is available (eg new, used, reconditioned, alternative) to buy
- If an item is not in stock, customers can select 'get this for me' option. This sets an automated email alert so that at any point in the future they receive a notification when that item arrives in stock. A helpful alert particularly for back ordered items where no due date is known.
- IntroCar have introduced Lookbooks which are live 'point & click' catalogues allowing users to navigate an image map of a section of a vehicle - a unique tool in this industry which can help identify parts required.

New Products
More recently IntroCar have introduced a large research & development arm which has been responsible for introducing more than 2k new products to market, namely parts which are either no longer available from the Bentley factory, have limited stock or required an improvement on the original specification. Industry need is what drives the decision to invest in new products. IntroCar's Managing Director John Tupper is on the Board of the RRBSA (Rolls-Royce & Bentley Specialists' Association) which is dedicated to the preservation of these Marques.

Originally these cars had a Steel Gear on the Crankshaft with a Bronze Gear on the Oil Pump. After chassis number 39628, for models between 1965 to 1980, the arrangement was changed over so the Crankshaft Gear is Bronze & the Oil Pump Gear is Steel. Make sure if you are changing old ones then to change both Gears to the correct ones.
UE41034 is the Bronze Gear on the Crankshaft & UE42783 is the Steel Oil Pump Gear.
