Time was afforded us to clearly understand our requirements and needs. Such a vehicle was not in stock, then the teamwork began and the car we now have was found and supplied by the Ford team in Ashford. They could not have done more even if they had tried. Tai was a real gentleman and able to work around my requirements.Also did not rush me at anytime. Any questions that I had he was able to get the answers for me. Tai even put a new set of carpets in for me.
I can not Fault the service given.

The after sales is below terrible. I had an issue with the front fog/driving lamp becoming detached from the bumper a year ago. It took months for anything to happen, with the car going in to be assessed at least 4 times. Invicta said there was no explanation except I had hit something or something had hit me.Neither was true and there was no damage to indicate this. Invicta agreed there was no damage but it was the only explanation......what about a fault?.....they would not even entertain this proposal.They would not move and Ford UK said they could only do something if Invicta said it was a 'fault' which they would not do. It all comes down to money and neither would commit to dealing satisfactorily to my complaint. They did say that the car only had a year warranty (it was a brand new car) and not three which came in a month or two later. So a 'repair' was done in early May 2017 and yesterday when I cleaned the car I found the light is again detached.
It appears Ford rely on the garage to say what has happened and the garage will not do any work unless Ford say so. I am in the middle just wanting it fixed which ultimately would mean replacement of the whole bumper , and herein lies the problem ...it will cost a large amount of money.
Vehicle is good but the aftersales from Invicta and Ford UK gets a massive thumbs down. My family have had several issues with Invicta Ashford. My sister has already got rid of their Ford and gone to another make, my niece will not buy Ford again and I am of the same mind..all down to lack of after sales service (or interest once you've bought)which we all need. May look towards a company who offer a 5 yea plus warranty.

The salesperson made me feel valued and was able to answer all my questions. The price was very keen. I am a die-hard Ford fan and a qualified motor vehicle technician, so I was impressed with the staff I spoke to, from the moment I stepped in the door. Tai listened to all my requirements and made it happen. I would recommend Invicta Motors Ashford.

My car was collected by a very smart polite young man who took time to listen to any issues I had with the vehicle. It was serviced and back with me with in the agreed time the video update is a nice touch. Any issues I had where dealt with efficiently on the day by the team. I have now traded the vehicle in for a fresh motor will certainly be sending my new one for a service with them. Thank you. X

Just bought a new Fiesta from Invicta Ashford. As ever, excellent customer service and very satisfied with the new car and the efforts of Tai in Sales to explain everything beforehand and on the handover day. Would certainly recommend them if you're in the market for a Ford (new or used)

Had my 2nd service here. Dealership prices of course but saved £££ by providing my own oil. Polite and didn't try pushing for other extras or sales. Better experience than one of their other branches.
