I am the Original iPhone Repair Guy Tiverton...many have tried to mimic me and have come and gone. I have years of experience fixing all manner of Apple Devices and I offer what I like to think is good value for money. Sadly I am no longer able to fit genuine apple screens as so many people have jumped on the band wagon and I can't remain competitive using genuine screens. I do however use premium quality screens from a selection of suppliers across the UK (not eBay) and a...lways offer a full warranty with all my repairs (unlike most others)
I am starting to get a little bit fed up with people asking me for a price and saying...well so and so will do it for x amount. The number of phones I am fixing of late that have already been repaired by x and within days they have become faulty is getting higher by the week. Its a bit annoying as people end up paying twice for what is a simple repair. (I warrant my work and mark all my screens - Yes...I have had chancers swap screens from another phone and try and say that their new screen is faulty)
So please don't be offended when I give you a price and won't budge on it...I make very little out of screen repairs nowadays due to using quality parts, sometimes I make £5 sometimes £10. What do you get for the price..My guarantee that you will be satisfied with your phone when you get it back. None of the parts missing from inside...which have previously been left out by a local screen bodger. (which invariably I end up having to replace at my own personal cost may I add...as I like to offer a professional service and take pride in my work)
I guarantee your device will work as it did before you damaged it, and in the unlikely event that a problem should arise; i will deal with it...I won't tell you that your warranty expired the minute you turned your phone on and walked away.
Be vary careful who you trust with your beloved iDevice, not everyone offers the same level of service...and not everyone is as honest as you would hope. You bring it to me so you know where your costly phone is...don't ever hand over your phone to someone on your doorstep...you never know if you will see it again.

Nothing worse than somebody messaging you but not being able to respond as they come up as 'Facebook User' and them thinking you are ignoring them because you haven't been able to reply...whoever you are...sorry...Facebook just won't let me interact with you 🙄

This it folks...I'm currently closed for the rest of the Festive Season due to the lack of Postal/Courier services between now and the New Year and the fact that my supplier closes at 12pm today for a well earned Christmas break. If you are buying a second hand phone for someone this Christmas you may want to check that its unlocked to the network you want to use it on now rather than avoid disappointment on Christmas Day.

Apple really do take the p*ss.! Sorry...you have a broken pin in the charge port of your phone...it can't be repaired...you need to buy a new phone at £280...is that cash or card? NO...the charge port can be replaced...£30 fully fitted and warrantied...by me.! Apple Genius...more like Apple Con Artists 😡

I guess the iPhone 6s isn't the best phone for builders...As well as the screen being broken apparently the earpiece volume was a bit quiet...Picture 1 kind of explains that 😂. This phone certainly gets the award for most minging phone of 2017....So far 😉

Incredulous how people think they can make themselves a fancy Webpage and pass themselves off as an IT professional and phone repairer. 🙄 The defective screen in the first picture is not the fault of the customer...(although the person that fixed it insists it is)... its simply the fact that a cheap shitty screen has been used...After replacing it with a 3rd screen it really should have been time to take a look at the quality of screens being provided 😡
So...The customer ca...me to me and now has a properly fixed phone....Its been cleaned out, the random loose screws rattling around inside removed and the missing brackets replaced...The damage caused by reassembling the screen and home button plates in the wrong order has been rectified...And it's now been properly sealed and is working as it should! 😀
Be careful who you trust your iDevice to...Not everyone is a perfectionist like me...And doesn't offer a comprehensive warranty 😘
If ur gonna sell yourself as a professional... offer a professional repair...Using quality parts! 😤

So...this evening I have helped a friend who had their Facebook account hacked and couldn't get back in to their account via any means she tried. She asked for my help so I pointed her in the right direction and she now has access to her account again.
So...if you get your Facebook account hacked...don't panic..all is not lost. Just go to the following URL and follow the instructions (its easier to do it on your computer via a browser...and seems nearly impossible to do on ...your phone)
So... go to this link https://facebook.com/hacked
Put in your email address...and when it gives you options log back in by getting a security code sent directly to your phone (a hacker isn't likely to have cloned your phone as well)
Once you have received the text code you are good to proceed and just go ahead and follow the instructions...it may take about 20 minutes...but you will have your account back and will be able to carry on with your life. ;)
I would then suggest going into the settings on Facebook and adding a few extra things in security and settings...like notifications of any new logins. This process only takes a few minutes and might just save a few tears in the long run.
It would also be worth changing your passwords for all your email accounts, eBay, amazon... Anything that has ur personal or financial details in it.
I don't know any of my passwords... They are all saved in a secure app. (I had my amazon account hacked last year and learned the hard way)

It allows you to save everything to a secure server..have one memorable password to access it...and once ur in it you can generate random passwords and copy and paste them into whatever app/account you need! I'v never looked back and have been secure online ever since I was hacked 😉
The one plus is you can access it online or via an app in all your devices...save it once and its updated across all your devices 😁

So...this week I'v had about 20 people message me saying their iPhones had suddenly died and stopped charging...a soft reset (home and power button together until it comes back to life) does nothing.! I'm at a loss to help people and certainly dont believe in coincidence ...if 20 people have messaged me...apple must have had thousands of enquiries! It's that time of year when every little helps...Get-Connected in Tiverton have some amazing offers....and you don't need to buy a new phone to get the offer....Brand new Sky Q box with the full Sky package for £35 a month....don't take my word for it...give them a call 01884 243322

Whoever thought replacing an iPad screen was a simple affair is sadly mistaken. It needs heating to a specific temperature for a specific amount of time to melt the adhesive but not so high that it damages the electronics...and then it needs stripping, cleaning, testing, reassembling...invariably corners have to be made corner shaped again..it then needs putting back together and then heating again to melt the new adhesive...one that's done it needs to go in a press for a few hours whilst it cools down...that way the screen won't fall out after a week 😉. This whole process takes about 4hrs total....so before you ask why is it so expensive to do an iPad screen....there's your answer 😘

I broke my charging port on my iPhone 5, a bit of fluff got jammed in the charging hole and i quickly stuck a knife in to get it out, but i must of clipped one of the pins and snapped it.



My phone no longer charged, so i took it to the apple store who told me that i would need a whole new unit and for me to hand over 200 notes and my broken iPhone. at the time i didn't have 200 notes to part with, so i had to cancel my contract and get a new iPhone for free, very annoyed.



Anyway the reason why i am waffling on is to warn anyone not be sucked into the lies that apple spin, or for any high end business for that matter, neil came along a little late for me in terms of having to start a contract, but he fixed my problem at such an AMAZING PRICE, the service i got was A++++++ always in contact and keeping me up to date with repairs. Sorry did i mention the price, yes i did, but have to mention it again as its fantastic compared to the tosh apple try to play on their customers.



My phone is working again like new, and now i can sell it rather than it being a paper weight on my desk.

Superb service. A lightening port and battery replaced in an iPhone 5 in little over 30 minutes, for a fraction of the cost if you took it to Apple. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Originally got my iPhone screen fixed through my bank insurance. It cost me £100 and the screen was poor condition and fitted badly. The next time my screen broke I used the iPhone repair guy and the service was amazing and the screen was much better quality and only £60. Plus I was only without my phone for 30mins!! I highly recommend!

New iPhone screen fitted within an hour and on a Saturday evening. Great service- would definitely recommend. Thanks again

I spent one Monday afternoon in the Apple Store only to be told it was either an exchange or a new iPad.so I came home and searched for repairs in Tiverton,after one call and guy telling me what to try,I repeated it over and over until I went to bed.when I got up the next day,my screen was back to normal.iwas so pleased I hadn't parted with £300 to£400 at the Apple Store.

I had great service and good price for ipad broken screen over half the price than if I were to take it to apple! Also all done in a day! Highly recommend.

Called early Sunday morning on off-chance of a short notice repair to iPhone 5S; even though Neil was going out made an appointment for Sunday PM on his return. Sorted phone whilst we waited and at an excellent price and providing top rate advise on the way. If in need of first class service a good man to go to.

Brilliant service , iPhone 5s was not charging so dropped off phone to be repaired after one hour all fixed .
