Highly recommend mother and baby Pilates. Fab studio with really clean sensory equipment for the babies and the mums get a good work out while they play.

Great Reformer class last night, my back feels amazing. I fact my whole body feels to be moving so much easier today! Thank you. Such a lovely space too.

Fabulous Reformer class tonight with Bryony. It's so good to be stretching the body and bringing back memories of exercises I did many many years ago as a gymnast. Determined to make 2017 the year to get fit - and the iPilates team, equipment and studio is certainly the right place to help you do it. Would thoroughly recommend.

Brilliant studio. Great classes that are small with a wonderful ambience. Instructors know you and adjust for individual needs.

Beautiful studio. Helen is the most inspiring and patient teacher her knowledge of Pilates and that body is incredible. I have gained so much strength from the classes. Can't recommend more highly!
