Iris Psychology

Iris Psychology offers therapy and coaching for individuals and couples; supervision, training and CPD events for professionals and organisations.

Iris Psychology is the trading name for Dr Caroline Bunting and accepts self-referrals or referrals via GP's or insurance companies. Caroline is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist with experience working with a wide range of difficulties, including stress, anxiety, depression, PTSD and abuse using a range of psychological models, including CBT, CAT, Mindfulness and Solution Focused Therapy. Caroline is an ACAT (Association for Cognitive Analytic Therapy) accredited CAT Practitioner and CAT Supervisor.

Therapy is available in a range of different locations covering the West Suffolk and North Essex areas, including Saffron Walden, Bury St Edmunds and Sudbury.

Caroline also offers CPD and training events. The most recent event was a Two Day Introduction to CAT Course, held in January 2014 in Ipswich. This is a course that is suitable for those already working in the area of mental health or patient care, it can provide tools for working that are readily adapted to current working practices and it is also the first step towards formal CAT training.
