We work alongside leadership teams in communication consultancies, helping them develop and grow their communications teams. We do it by closely tracking talent across the communications industry, be it in media or investor relations, financial communications, public affairs, crisis, campaigning, ESG or digital. Iris Search was set up to advise communications consultancies on finding the best candidates to assist them in their particular stage of growth. We approach every relationship with a long-term view; we get to know both our clients and candidates thoroughly, we're rigorous in our selection process and invest time in making sure that ahead of interviews our candidates are properly prepared and are clients are fully briefed. We look for people who, whatever their level of experience, are hard-working, have loads of potential, and who we would enjoy working with if it were our agency.
