Yesterday my friemd ivite me to 1 comunion in Irmak Grill. I was only first time over there but i can say the best place.

Great food friendly staff and nice place..

We had lunch here yesterday. It was our first visit. The food was excellent, large portions, cooked perfectly and reasonably priced. The staff were polite and friendly and even asked if we wanted our uneaten food packed to take home!. Will definitely be going back. Thank you we had a lovely experience.

Our favourite food is turkish food... This is the best place to get it. Very tasty meals Well Done.

Me & my partner LOVE this place. The atmosphere is lovely, the staff are always friendly and attentive and the food is always beautiful.

I visited this place last night with my family and relatives. Food was delicious and staffs are really friendly. Everybody enjoyed a lot.

I ordered for 10-12 people and definitely I could have 3 more to share. Amazing taste and when we all eat we talked about holidays in Turkey . 100% we will eat and do parties with Irmak

Highly recommend having your iftaar here this Ramadan. The service is always on point, the food was amazing and they also have a small prayer area which is a great bonus. Love the mix grill, just a shame we didn't have enough time to chill and have some authentic Turkish tea. Definitely will be coming back!!!!

Had a lush dinner today. Had it as a take away and drove all the way back to Dunstable,and it was still lovely and hot.

Would rely recommend trying this yummy Turkish food. Plus the staff are lovely too xx

Love this place.. food is always great. Disappointed about the Menu, the fact that some dishes are not offered till after 2pm.. Overall love it and would never stop going back!!

We been there on last Sunday 20th of August evening time. Four of us had to find a table for ourselves as the waitress on the floor never acknowledged or greet. Had to wait 10 mins and then asked politely to the waitress with the hijab to get us a menu to look. Eventually we ordered, extremely shy waitress avoided few questions and was sweating to the nose. Food was ok, nothing special but the service was aweful. To pay the bill we had to walk downstairs , grumpy guy was washing up dishes asked (quite rude) us to wait without using the word 'please'! As courtesy left few quid tip which my other friends wasn't very happy about!

Arrived on a quiet Thursday evening. The Waitress was new but extremely shy and nervous. My dish was nice but luke warm, my partner ordered chicken with pitta which was drowned in so much yoghurt you could barely see what was chicken and pitta. Credit card machine wasn't working (would have been good to be advised this before we ordered) so my partner had to go to the nearest cashpoint.

We ordered food last Saturday night and not only it came 3 hours late but by accident my daughter gave the delivery man £10 extra as the new ten pounds were stuck together and she thought it was £25. When I realised that we gave him extra I called the Manager and although he aknoledged the delivery man got extra money he refused to give me the money back as he said the delivery man already spent the money!!!! Obviously he doesn't have a clue what CUSTOMER service is...

So disgusted!!!! Will never use them again

Run down and grim - opened front door so was left sitting in draft so half way thru food was cold and when other customers complained was rudely told to move to another table 0/10

Ordered from here for home delivery have just waited over two hours (was told maybe a wait but not that long) food was cold and wrong, phoned up was told " what do u want me to do about it " and then over being on hold for 5 mins was told if I haven't touched it he will change it but because I have eaten A chicken wing as I was starvin hungry was told I had to keep my cold wrong food !! So much for customer service

Old management please come back. I ordered a chicken doner and they brought me chicken and lamb doner. Irmak grill is now the place I will never come and eat again. Service is the worst. I found even a hair in my food. So good job irmak for losing me as a customer.

Just order only half the meal turned up told 5 minuets for the rest. 15 minuets later no food and manager is complaining that I’m holding up other customers! I asked for a refund for half the meal to be told I’ll call you back to busy to deal with it now. So basically they took my money tough luck �

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I am Turkish and this is the worst Turkish food I have ever had. We asked for the meat well done and it came red, with watery juice coming out of it which left an awful taste in my mouth. We waited for 45 minutes for a starter which tasted very sweet which it should not and when I asked to see the chef about the meat, he came to see me with attitude in abundance and said that is how meat should be cooked. He should cook to order to what the customer wants. Kofte looked almost raw and gristly. I wanted my friends to taste good Turkish food and I left feeling embarrassed and 2 of them are actually off work sick today from stomach pains. Never again.
