Isadene Kennels And Dog And Cat Grooming Parlour

We looked at a lot of kennels for my Lab x Rottweiler before looking at Isadene and I have to say we could not have made a better choice. The facilities are great and the staff are so warm and friendly, so much so, my otherwise nervous dog took to the girls immediately and looking at the photos she looks to have made some new canine friends also. Could not recommend enough, I have complete piece of mind leaving my dog at Isadene.

We left our pup here for one week. 1st time leaving him, I felt nervous and missed him. I messaged them whilst we were away to see how Buddy was. They replied back and reassured me he was absolutely fine and gave me a general update. When we returned home we see photos of Buddy playing / having fun with the other dogs. The staff have been really welcoming right from the 1st time we went for a viewing. Highly recommend them. Thank you ladies for taking care of our Buddy!!

We had our cat groomed today. She had got very matted on her back and being very feisty we were a little worried she might give the groomer a hard time. We were very pleased that she behaved herself really well and the lovely lady managed to bath her and groom her so she looks lovely now. Very pleased will definitely recommend. Thank you �

Took my beagle for grooming today and he come out looking and smelling amazing, he can be a bit timid and get stressed but he looked so happy, Michelle took time to get to know my dog dor 5-10 minutes before taking him whereas other groomers I have been to, just take your dog straight off you, it allowed my dog and me to feel comfortable with Michelle and the surroundings before I left him which was a lovely thing to do, so much so he didn’t even want to leave after. Can’t recommend Helen and her team enough, so professional.

Thanks to Helen, my three dogs Tizzy & Alfie (Bichon's) and Reggie (Labradoodle) had their coats cut ready for Christmas. We were squeezed in at short notice but no compromise on quality. Thanks.

My little schnoodle stayed at Isadene last weekend and she came home so happy! She snoozed all evening because she had had so much fun playing with her mates there! We have also had her groomed there and have been pleased with the result. We used to take our westie there when she was alive many years ago and she always had the best time. She even sulked when we came to take her home! Couldn't recommend Isadene more.

My 9 month old lab Captain ��came home from his weekend stay today he was exhausted and seemed like he had a Brilliant time, I loved the photos of him playing with other dogs � he has never stayed away from us before so I’m really pleased he had a great time, staff are really friendly.

Lilly has had the best time on her little holiday she seems so happy. Better than being tied up outside the caravan all weekend in this heat thank you so much. I'll be bringing her back to play with her doggy chums soon. Xx from lilly x

Just collected our dogs from Isadene, Michelle and the team really looked after our dogs and went that extra mile. Our 2 dogs are very different one small and very chilled and sociable, and the other large bouncy and nervous in personality. Picked up 2 very happy and satisfied dogs. Thank you. See you next time.

I was so nervous about leaving Millie in a kennel as she is 11 and has never been away from me during the 6 years that I’ve had her but isadene were so lovely and welcoming and I loved seeing the pictures of her while I was away, she looked so happy playing with all the other dogs, picked her up today and she was so excited for ages after! Thank you so much isadene for taking care of my millie and putting my mind to rest! Will definitely be using again!

I took my Labrador Milo here for grooming. He was pretty stinky after having an operation and being crate confined for 6 weeks. Milo came back looking and smelling beautiful. He was a very happy pooch. I would highly recommend and will definitely be bringing Milo back again!! Thank you

I have had many dogs over the years and have always used Isadean, the dogs are always happy to go in and come out smelling lovely after a groom. My parents also used Isadean.

I can highly recommend mend them, I wouldn't dream of going else where.

Have been using Isadene for over 20 years a fabulous place to leave your beloved pets. Always well looked after and treated like 1 of the family.

First visit today with my sisters springer, he has never been groomed before and the lovely Helen really took care him. He had so much fun and came out looking like a puppy again. Several friends highly recommended and I can say Im a very happy lady that I booked in. Thankyou you so much for today x

Cedric has stayed here four times now and is always so well looked after it’s like he has his own holiday.We always get nervous dropping him off but he loves it so much he cant wait to get in.Thank you isadene for giving me peace of mind while we are away.

Brilliant staff and facilities. Sadie dog has been going there on holiday for years. She's always happy when I drop her off and always happy when I pick her up - I think she knows when she's being groomed I'm on my way. We both love the place.
