Yummy, yummy, yummy! Feast your eyes on these, salivate a little (you’re allowed) and then think of the cake you’d like to tuck into. A four-layer, 8-inch, enough to serve about 20 people. Having thought about it, head over to facebook.com/hussna.r.khan and ask her to come up with something scrumptious for £50. Or maybe something a bit more extravagant for a bit more! The great thing is she’ll come up with an amazing creation and the money you donate to her will go towards th...e renovation of a school in Tanzania. So you’ll be helping people in need while eating your cake. It’s a very limited time offer for a limited number of people, so contact her NOW and get your order in! [PLEASE SHARE]

Cool water. Refreshing and essential especially in the summer heat. Even more so when you’re a Rohingya refugee child at a camp just outside Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh, where temperatures today were a mere 29C and humidity at 91%! This youngster is among 250 students aged 3-11 who attend our school which was set up just before Ramadan as part of our work for Rohingya refugees. They’re taught English and their mother tongue – Arkan – by 3 teachers and attend classes between 10am and 3pm from Sunday to Thursday. We also provide them with a light nutritional meal daily, a school uniform, a bag, exercise books and stationery. Oh yes, and water! We want to keep this refugee school going for as long as it’s necessary but we need your support to do so. Please donate today. islamichelp.org.uk/rohingya

HEROES OF ISLAM – VOL 1: LIVES OF THE PROMISED 10
One-day seminar on the 10 who were promised Jannah
Learn from the lives, struggles and achievements of the companions who’s journey to Islam, dedication to their creator, loyalty and trust for their prophet SWA, earned them honours and titles, and a ticket straight to paradise.
... Narrated by Abdur Rahman bin Awf: that the Messenger of Allah said:
Abu Bakr is in Paradise, Umar is in Paradise, Uthman is in Paradise, Ali is in Paradise, Talhah is in Paradise, Az-Zubair is in Paradise, Abdur Rahman bin Awf is in Paradise, Sa'd bin Abi Waqqas is in Paradise, Sa'id ibn Zayd is in Paradise, Abu 'Ubaidah bin Al-Jarrah is in Paradise. Collected by Muhammad ibn `Isa at-Tirmidhi, Jami` at-Tirmidhi
During the seminar we will also have a fundraising segment for one of Islamic Help's projects.
To find out further information about the seminar, please call 079 4645 1339
We strongly advise that you do not bring young children to this seminar as they may become restless due to the length of the programme. If you or those with you start to disturb the rest of the attendees, you may be asked to leave.

It should be on everyone’s ‘bucket list’ – to stand nearly 6,000 metres (or more than 19,000ft in old money) above sea level with the majesty of east Africa below you. Mt Kilimanjaro is Africa’s highest mountain and the world’s tallest free-standing mountain in the world. And this is your opportunity to climb it! Sign up now for our Kilimanjaro challenge which takes place in February 2019 – so plenty of preparation time – and help raise funds for people in need across the world. The place for all the info and to sign up is islamichelp.org.uk/Kilimanjaro

She, along with a group of other volunteers, will be helping refurbish a school, providing water, sanitation and environmental improvements, and spending Eid with the locals. Her fundraising target is £3k, so use this glorious weather & get your car thoroughly spick and span. As you can see, you could even watch TV or enjoy a snack while you're there. Any time till about 9'ish tonight and tomorrow from about mid-day. It's at 185 Bristol Road, Birmingham B5 7UB. [PLEASE SHARE]

As we enjoy/swelter in a heatwave in the UK, please do not forget the plight of the Rohingya refugees in Bangladesh. The monsoons have brought widespread flooding and landslides, threatening further misery and devastation for those who have nothing but makeshift tents for shelter. It's why it's imperative we can get our village of 1,000 family homes for Rohingya refugees constructed as quickly as possible. Five hundred have already been built, so please help us reach our target asap. islamichelp.org.uk/rohingya

We wish it didn't exist but it does, and it reflects the state of the world today and the desperation that people are going through. Today is #WorldRefugeeDay, a day to honour the bravery and courage of millions of refugees worldwide, and a reminder of our duty to continue helping them wherever possible. islamichelp.org.uk/worldrefugeeday

Eid Mubarak. We hope you are having a blessed and joyful day. Just as we pray that the poor and vulnerable around the world are able to share in the blessings of today. Like the Rohingya refugees in Bangladesh who were able to enjoy cooked iftar meals in the last few days of Ramadan, thanks to your generosity. Jazakallah khair and may Allah bless and reward you.

We pray you all have a blessed and joy filled day with your loved ones. Eid Mubarak everybody!! 😁

In the run up to Eid ul Fitr, our teams around the world have been busy distributing the Ramadan family food packs that you have so generously donated over the last few weeks.Alhamdulillah, more than 8,800 of these food packs have been provided to the poorest and most vulnerable in a dozen countries, including the Central African Republic and Malawi. May Allah bless everyone who contributed. AND as we've mentioned Eid, please remember to pay your Zakat ul Fitr (aka Fitrana) before Eid salah. Perhaps best to do it NOW! islamichelp.org.uk/zakat-ul-fitr

Monsoons in Bangladesh are causing devastation among the Rohingya refugee community. A 3 year-old boy has died and dozens of refugees have seen their makeshift tent homes destroyed. Read more at https://bit.ly/2LMDmr0.
It is one of the many reasons we and our partners are constructing a village of 1,000 homes for the refugees (approx 5,000 individuals), to give them some protection and security from the elements.
Each home is just £450. More than 300 have been built and the c...onstruction of another 300 is in the pipeline. Please help provide a home for a Rohingya family. Donate today. islamichelp.org.uk/rohingya

My good brother

My name is Imad from Gaza and I am 22 years I've finished my studies in high school and I am now passed from age 4 years and I can not complete my studies and continue my education just like any other young people because of the economic situation is very bad, I have a family of eight members, and our house is equipped with no windows protect us from winter cold or rain sweeping the house from all angles and there is no resistance to live like a refrigerator and a washing machine, and my mother was sick could not walk on her feet, I've struggled and looked for a job or project but to no avail

I hope if you can help me with some money from us loosen up a bit of our suffering

I turn to you in this difficult suffering in which we live, and sent this message to heart and compassionate to your humanity richly to help us as much as you can, even if a little so that we can live a better life

Who wants plugin I hope that you will continue with me on Facebook Messages
