We had a lovely time here, we loved the atmosphere and the sushi is amazing, as is the katsu curry!! We will definitely be coming back.

Tried Issa Sushi in Worthing town centre for the first time at lunch today and was super impressed! I'd held off for a while as I'd read a few things about small portion sizes and it being expensive, as well as a few other "gripes", so was a little unsure. Anyway, I'm so glad I gave it a chance and tried for myself - loved the food, portions were fantastic for a sushi restaurant and, although pricier than your average Worthing lunch-spot, you get exactly what you pay for... Great quality, super fresh sushi/sashimi, excellent service (speedy too), and excellent menu selection. Would highly recommend to anyone who likes this type of food, I don't think it'll disappoint ����

Took my daughter today. We had the sushi and it was fantastic. My only complaint is the decor I am waiting to see if I have a splinter down my nail ( cant see yet due to gel nail polish) due to the woodwork. Keep well away from the walls!!! Staff were very friendly and so helpful. Definitely would recommend

A welcome addition to Worthing.

Really tasty food. Loved being able to get sushi and Thai. The Drunken noodles were so tasty, really fresh and lovely thai basil. Sushi was great full of flavour, kids wanted more. Gyoza lovely as was the teriyaki chick. It did cost a bit but when you think of all the rents, rates. staff, heating, quality food. and all the bits that come with any business it was well worth it and i will def return again soon.

Popped in for lunch with a friend recently, and loved it! I went for the veggie bento box which came with miso soup, and my friend choose a delicious basil & chilli stir fry. Great menu choice for food & drink. Friendly and attentive staff. Can't wait to go back ��

My husband & I loved this restaurant & went there on Wednesday after Christmas for late lunch at 3pm. Very busy & service good by lovely friendly staff. Found the interior & lighting of the restaurant very relaxing. Food was excellent & generous. I even had a Japanese beer. Looking forward to going there again.

Lovely lovely food, great staff and great Restaurant. Very friendly people also, professional in every way. One minor criticism is that for two of us the 10 per cent service charge was on our bill. Roughly £4.00. We would always rather tip in cash to the servers and would have happily given the lovely servers £5.00. I really hope the charge gets shared out.

It’s incredible. So please to have sushi in Worthing in a lovely little set up! �� The restaurant vibe can suit to smart and casual with an easy going elegant touch. I’ve eaten in, taken out to eat on the beach, and got it delivered to my door. Was not disappointed once. The fish is tender, okay I could write paragraphs of discriptive mouth watering food talk.. but you just need to eat there. Good for non fish lovers too, my girlfriend loves the Curry’s.

I've visited twice now, once as a group of friends, once with my eight year old son. On both occasions both the food and the service were excellent. Really tasty sushi, with a good selection of dishes, and the katsu curry and ramen are both delicious.



The decor is lovely, and it had a great relaxed atmosphere with all food cooked fresh to order, but no long wait, even during a busy Friday night service. So glad to have a great Japanese place in Worthing, we'll visit as often as we can!

We visited and got dinner as a takeaway. Menu is a little weird as not used to seeing sushi dishes alongside thai food.



Food was lovely. They forgot one item, but they apologised and advised us we could have it free next time. (I wasnt driving back)



Sushi and sashimi was fresh and tasty.



I felt the prices were in keeping with other sushi restsurants in Brighton/ london. Perhaps some of the portion sizes a little small. Katsu curry a little lacking in chicken for a tenner. 6 pound's for 4 chicken wings.... all be it very tasty... again, expected in Knightsbridge, but worthing.... not so sure.

I enjoyed our experience immensely and plan to reattend and also collect as we love Japanese food. I have a few concerns. The price of the Rice Wine (Saki) is high and the menu is confusing

The sushi was beautiful and very tasty ( large pieces too). The restaurant felt more like a thai restaurant than japanese in decor and menu ( it is a chain with spice i am), there was no atmosphere.. it was silent and it cost us £100 for 5 so not cheap although food was nice. Also theres no kids menu.
