I’ve used this restaurant and takeaway quite a few times and NEVER been disappointed. The staff are great and the food is amazing. Last Saturday 27th January I booked a family meal for 40 (yes forty) people. Sabri gave us the private room upstairs, set it all up for us, gave us a fantastic deal on a wonderful meal. Even let us take in our own birthday cake.

All 40 party members couldn’t praise the meal enough.

I would definitely recommend Istanbul restaurant to anyone. Well done Sabri and staff. Keep it up 👏👏👏

Excellent customer service provided by the waitress who served me. Preparation time was reasonable but well the worth the wait. Meal

presentation was beautiful. I ordered chicken sheesh kebab meal. The chicken was very succulent and tasty. To end my meal I had Turkish tea which was very tasty.

I would highly recommend this place for all occasions.

Absolutely delicious......service excellent. We ordered 2 pf the large platters.....bearing in mind it was 5 adults and 3 children. One of the workers said thats too much and if we trust him he will sort it out. Well we did and it was perfect. Definitely recommend this place.

Food was good. My first time there. Only drawback was every time we paused in eating, the waiters would come over to ask if we were finished. Made me feel rushed when I was trying to relax.

The food and service is excellent if you go into the BBQ House. However takeaways at home are sadly lacking - however when we did complain we were offered a replacement next time we went.

I regularly order from Istanbul bbq house usually the food is fantastic. However tonight I ordered, I got home to find my burger only had Lettuce on no other salad whatsoever, after ringing the restaurant the lady said I needed to specify what salad items I would like in the burger surely if that was the case it wouldn’t contain any lettuce either. A family member had no long order from the restaurant and had not had to specify what salad they would like on there burger. The lady on the phone was very rude when asking what would I like her to do about it! £4.50 later and a bland burger leaves a very disappointed regular.

An 1hr40min wait has kind of taken off the shine of 'convenience eating', raw chicken last time we ordered (silly of me to give it another try I know!) Food has now arrived...stone cold and without apology. Mind made up, I won't be using you again

Had the worst service ever , shit customer service, flies flying all over the place, fly sat on the food meat platter and the bitch of a manager refuse to replace it, offered a measly portion of chips instead, thinking it's ok to just carry on feeding the kids the food. Then see her screaming at customers on the phone because they messed up on orders!! Crap place to eat would never go back!!
