Istore Colchester

For months I’ve been unable to use headphones in my phone. A mobile phone shop advised me that due to the obstruction in the headphone port, I would need to have a part replaced. When I entered the shop it was to ask about an email issue but seeing how friendly and knowledgable Becky was over my email issue, I thought I would ask her about my phone problem. Expecting to hear, it would need to be sent off etc...far from it, within seconds she had removed the problem and I can now use my headphones!
It’s great to see there is still great customer service about!

They lack of products they have little amount of products we need official apple store in Colchester

Very happy with the service I received, my MacBook had a problem with the coating on the screen. and Apple said i could take it to this store for repair under a repair programme as it was out of warranty. They fixed it no problem! Thanks again.

Booked appointment over the weekend and went in today and they gave great service friendly and very helpful what a great team you have at this store in Colchester

Ive been messed about countless times by the Colchester staff. I was told over the phone that my diagnostic for a retina screen replacement would be free, and so travelled into Colchester to send my MacBook away. Once I arrived, the manager of the store decided that the diagnostic would not be free and a charge of £90 would be required. The manager did not care what information her staff had given me even after I told her. Now I will have to either fork out excess money or travel miles to the nearest Apple store for a Apple brand issue.

I had a fantastic experience today at the iStore, they were extremely helpful.
100% would recommend.

Don't pick up the phone whenever I call, staff are unhelpful and don't seem to have much idea of what they are talking about. Not at all happy.

Fantastic experience of shop and staff. Made to feel very welcome on entry, was allowed to give my experience of what happened without interruption and told that I would only be charged should a solution be found. A solution was found and I cannot thank the staff member enough for the work done and price charged. Any further Apple problems will hopefully be fixed here.

I just phoned this store to enquire about a friends 2010 macbook having a ram upgrade but the woman who answered was very aggressive and rude.I interrupted her suggesting she let me get a word in then the phone was put down on me.This thing is if the customer service is this bad before a sale I dread to think how bad it would be if I made an actual purchase from this company!

The rudest, most aggressive manager with the biggest ego. Literally stopped me spending money, disappointing as apple care were very good. Avoid at all costs.... Wasn't having bad day, other staff were very helpful when I went back and she wasn't there.
