TO ALL OUR LOYAL MEMBERS I have come to the difficult decision to close It Works on the 29th December. I have struggled to stay open since the recession. It has been an amazing journey and we have made wonderful friends and memories. Please be kind, this is very hard for Julie, Lynn, Helen and everyone else who has supported this gym and it's members for over 17 years.... Standing Order Members -please ensure you contact your bank and cancel your S.O as we can not do this for you. It’s world mental health day today.

Ladies, we know many of you have hidden talents and with the dark nights looming, some of you may wish to knit or crochet one or more of the little bobby buddies. Helping victims of crime. I have a pattern for crochet and a pattern for knitting which I can send to you or you can pick up a hard copy in the gym from next Wednesday. We will be a drop off point in Hitchin. If you have friends, relatives who would also like to take part, then please share. Thanks as always 😊

Who fancies cake ? Me me me Today I’ve made Terry’s Chocolate Orange Millionaires Shortbread and chocolate Brownies with Choc orange topping. Lots more cakes and flavours to enjoy tomorrow.
