Seriously abismal service nobody cared or gave us any help very poor .not good ..

I called them a million times to get one single information about my driving licence and I couldn't speak with anyone.
I spent every single call waiting for someone to pick up the bloody call but nothing.
Rubbish, honestly, they should be ashamed.

Asked for a 1 year Schengen visa for my wife as I was travelling to Italy in October and again in January then onto Spain in June, all they gave me was a 6 week visa even though my mother was Italian, which means I now have to visit VFS again in December to get another Visa, I might not bother and go somewhere else instead. How come the French embassy gave my wife a 1 year Schengen visa a couple of years ago, no problem. I can see why they get poor reviews!

I have been trying to get advise on how to get a DBS check ( police check) for 6 months now. The worst customer service, well it's actually non existent I've ever dealt with.
How do I get a Marca da Bolla which is needed to apply???
How do I pay for it???
Can I actually speak to someone who doesn't cut me off after 10 seconds???? Apparently not.
All other counties have an online application process. Italy ....... No chance unless you want to pay a fortune for it. Disgusting service with no information any where.
I am trying to work for a charity which demands checks if you've lived in other countries. All other countries; easy, affordable, online applications. Italy completely useless.

I have been trying to book appointment since April I am traveling next month & I'll not have 6 months left on my passport this means I will lose 11,000 for my dream holiday. Went to London to try & speak to someone about it. Totally unhelpful wouldn't listen to me. My prenota in line is not working what else can I do. I am absolutely desperate now don't know what to do please can someone help me. I've tried emailing but no reply & you can't talk to any one for assistance please please HELP

Inconsistencies and constant delays, unhelpful customer service (emails and calls go unanswered), and the enforcement of requirements and rules that are not available anywhere in addition to a very unstable website make applying one of the most frustrating and angering experiences. It's like they're actively trying to keep prospective travellers out.

Useless, website doesn't work, on the emails they don't replay, No chance to call and speak with someone, if you go in London to have a better understand they will kick you out. I wish to know what the hall they are doing there and why they are payed for??
0 stars is the high they can get.

I've just wasted 20 minutes trying the call them because every time it was my turn to speak, someone kept hanging up. So annoying and useless.
