This isnt usually a problem because you still have use of a pass-code that works the same way. The button will stay work as a normal button should.

Went to 4 repair shops who told me that I needed a new screen the touch screen wasn’t working. After paying for a new screen it still didn’t work. He refused to refund and 3 other shops told me that I needed a new screen. I wasn’t willing to fork out more money for the chance it might not work again. Just by luck popped into Itechfixit who diagnosed “touch disease” this was a board problem not the screen he said. He offered a no fix no fee. Happy to say that my touch now works and back to normal. Also he offered a 3 month guarantee on the repair. A1 service

Took my daughter phone here to have screen fixed and was done with in hour and phone works better now then did befor recommend to anyone

Rang for a quote for iPhone 6 screen replacement, took down to the shop 30 minutes later and screen was repaired within 20 minutes. Amazing super fast, friendly service would highly recommend and will certainly use these again if needed in the future.

If you have a problem with any iPhone and other phone shops say it’s dead! Who you gonna call?



Well I called Steve at itechfixit and told him what had happened. Dead phone not even acknowledging a charge. Totally unresponsive �



The store is in an easy to find location and has everything he needed to figure out what caused the apparent death of my phone!



Initial tests were quick and he explained that a more thorough investigation was needed. He showed me what bits could be the problem and I feared the worst!



Thankfully a few quick days later he let me know the good news. My phone was back from the dead complete with all of my valuable content (now happily backed up).



Great location and a great service from a guy who knows his stuff.



Highly recommend you give him a try especially if you are told by other shops and Apple that you need to buy another phone.



I’m not even sure if Apple bother with board level repairs for customers tbh.

Brilliant service, first class repair job. I can totally recommend these guys. Had an analog thumbstick replaced on my XBox One Elite controller and the solderong far surpassed the OEM job.
