ITSPA represents companies providing Voice over IP services (VoIP) and works to ensure the regulatory environment remains favourable to innovation.

ITSPA began back in 2004, with an aim of representing emerging companies providing Voice over IP services (VoIP) to customers and to ensure the regulatory environment remained favourable for further innovation. Over the past decade, we have grown from a founding group of 12 members to a trade association representing over 80 companies in this extremely dynamic industry that has significantly developed from its infancy. Many of our members are now established players in the voice market and as IP communications increasingly become the norm, our members are diversifying into further services in order to compete and reflect the significant benefits that the Internet provides to both business and residential customers.
