What is iwholesales Ltd. ?
iWholesales Ltd is an importer and wholesaler of Airsoft BB Guns and Accessories. We stock VCRA Compliant Airsoft BB Guns from WE, AGM, ICS, SRC, WELL, HFC, CYMA, Tokyo Marui, Aeries, D Boys, A& K, ACM, King Arms, UHC, Aim Top, Warrior, Bison, Galaxy and Double Eagle.
Why was the company set up?
To date we have had over 10 years experience in the import and wholesale of Airsoft BB Guns as well as other aspects of business. Through this period we have managed to attain and learn from a great deal of hands on experience with suppliers and wholesalers from around the world and have been intrigued by the massive potential and unique element of the Airsoft industry. We wanted to try something unconventional and new that we could apply the knowledge and experience we have gained over our many years in business and channel it into a new and exciting business venture.

We have put a lot of research and development into providing what we believe to be the most comprehensive range of Airsoft and BB Gun products on the market. We cater for all skill levels and provide a diverse range of goods that can be used for a multitude of scenarios. We have a passionate in house team that not only help with repairs, customer service and providing down to earth, practical online reviews and advice through our Youtube channel but also provide a seven day repairs turn around service. Due to our numbers of years of experience in the industry we have also managed to develop close relationships with our suppliers that allow us to provide our customers with some of the most competitive prices in the UK.

6. How easy is it to open an account with you?
The process is very simple. Customers can download a trade account opening form through our website or request one to be sent to them. We work with Barclays Invoice Finance and have a transparent and interactive relationship with all customers who have a trade account with us.
7. How good is your returns policy?
We operate a seven-day repair turn around service for all our customers that rivals our competitors.
8. What ambitions do you have for the company?
Due to the success and growth of the Airsoft and BB Gun industries over the last ten years we hope to expand our product range to provide the most cutting edge and innovative products in the industry to our customers before anyone else does. We are also in the process of developing our own branded range of products under the name вҖҳBig FootвҖҷ and hope to be providing this range to our current customers in the near future.
9. What percentage of your products are Airsoft?
As a company we cater more for Airsoft customers, however, around 40% of our product line is still BB Guns.
10. Can you explain to the retailer what you mean by VCRA Compliant (spelt complaint on your web site) Airsoft BB Guns :
By complying to the Violent Crime Reduction Act (VCRA), implemented in 2006, we are only allowed to retail black Replica Imitation Firearms (RifвҖҷs) to those who are over the age of 18 and have a valid Skirmisher or re-enactment license. This law, however, doesnвҖҷt affect customers who buy our goods wholesale. We, therefore, provide a wide range of two-tone products to cater for those who donвҖҷt possess such licenses but are over the age of 18.

Not happy with the way no one answers email or Messages just seems to ignore them
I returned a faulty gun to them over a month ago, I have still not received a refund despite several emails to them and promises that I will receive it in "3-5 working days".
Beware and avoid.
Update: Almost 2 months after returning the gun, and numerous emails to them chasing my refund, I raised a PayPal case against them. Today that case was found in my favour, and PayPal returned ВЈ264 to my account.
Not only did they fail to respond to me, but they ignored PayPal too!
LetвҖҷs see what they say to Trading Standards....
Bunch of cowboys, be warned. If you are desperate enough to give them your hard earned cash then pay via PayPal/credit card, to protect you if the inevitable happens.
BEWARE !!
Return a faulty gun to them over 4 weeks ago, received a email saying they have received it and they were going to repair it after I stated I wish to have a new replacement as thatвҖҷs what I paid for not a repaired gun, which I am sure had previously been sold to someone else as the paint was scratched and box very tatty.
Now I have called and sent emails saying I want full refund, no response what so ever completely dead there end.
PayPal is now involved trying to get my money return, and as of 9 days have not responded to them.
DonвҖҷt waste your time and money with this shambolic trader
