I am currently based in Sale West's gym where I regularly run classes available to everyone from £3 for the hour. The gym is private to my clients, if you lack confidence this is ideal for you. I also offer home and out door sessions . . .
Prices from as little as £10 per hour for 1-1 personal training and from £6 per hour for group training.
