Iyengar Yoga In Hither Green

Classes taught by Nicky Lowe, a certified intermediate level 2 teacher of Iyengar Yoga.

Nicky discovered yoga in 1997. She was working in the arts, and began practicing at the Innergy Yoga Center with Faustomaria Dorelli.
Yoga quickly evolved from a passion to a profession, and in 2004 Nicky gained her first teaching qualification at the Sivananda Ashram in Kerala, India.
Nicky went on to immerse herself in Iyengar, under the tuition of Alaric Newcombe and Wendy Mcguire. She has an Intermediate Junior 1 qualification from the Iyengar Yoga Association (UK).
Nicky lives in Hither Green with her husband and daughter. She loves printmaking, artsy stuff, and yoga.
