Excellent customer service, the guys from the Rotherham store went out of their way to get me an essential part delivered to me before a race at the weekend. Seem like genuinely good people who care about their customers, would highly recommend!

Bought a Cervelo recently. Andy in the road bike section was very helpful and did a price match. When I picked the bike up Adam answered all my questions and set the bike up for me. Only complaint was the bar tape application was a bit ropey, but not sure if that is J E James or Cervelo's fault!

Bought a new bike for my 11 year old son this weekend and must say very impressed with the service I received. I dealt with a guy called Chris who was superb. Nothing was too much. First class service, very pleased!! My boy is going to luv his new specialised bike!!

Sub-standard. I purchased some spokes. Delivery was acceptable, but not quick. On receipt I found less had been sent than I'd ordered. They did resolve the matter quickly, but it did involve spending more than half an hour on hold on the phone. The telephone sales side of the business seems appalling - never been kept on hold for so long. I wouldn't recommend the company - go elsewhere if you can.

Very good, informative and helpful staff. One of the best E Bike showrooms I've seen with a wide range of brands and stock. Thanks for your help and advice today.

first experience ordering from JE James Cycles, thought I would save myself £11.50 on a pair of tri shoes rather than order from wiggle, ordered a size 46 and a 44 turns up at my door! Phoned the store and low and behold they don't have a 46 in stock And I must of ordered a 44 rather than a 46...save yourself the time and effort and order from a reputable and reliable company. Now got to spend the £11.50 on time and effort posting them back!

First rate team and first rate service. Delivered on time and went the extra mile to change my tyres over on collection for no charge. Fantastic store!

Avoid buying anything online from these guys.
They don't PDI their bikes properly and after four weeks of waiting for an order to arrive, I have just found that they have managed to cock that up too.
What a bunch of clowns!

Ordered two items, a bleed tool & a length of hose. Emailed after 2 days after not hearing about my order (fair enough one day was a bsnk holiday) to be told the bleed tool, whixh i ordered frim them spacifally as everywhere else was out of stock, wasn't in stock! So agreed to refund and send hose out asap. Then got an email teo days later to say the hose wasn't in stock either?!? A week of waiting, calls and emails later and i was empty handed and had no bike to ride for the weekend. It doesn't take much to create a live ecommerce invetory that works with retsil stores. Abismal business.

Fantastic shop. They've got everything the keen mountain biker would ever need!

Time wasters and hot air.
This is the email I received 1 day after making an online order read and make your own mind on them especially as they have not yet refunded so I will be filing a dispute with pay pal.
