An absolute disgrace. Illegally evicted me and stole property from my flat. Another tenant brought drugs into my flat. Management are blatantly rude and do nothing to rectify your issues. Deal with it and pay your rent or move out seems to be their motto. Flat had mould when I moved in and maintenance issues are never resolved. They entered my room without knocking whilst I was in bed. Property not looked after, leaks in communal areas ignored, bins and rubbish everywhere outside and rodents run riot. They should be shut down as they clearly have no care for the laws, regulations and duty of care that come with managing property. Allowed potential tenants to view the property who had previously been in making racist comments and threatening other tenants. It is not a safe, legal or in any way humane way for tenants to rent. Avoid at all costs. 0 stars.

As far as temporary accommodation go, this one isn't all bad.
Terrible company, absolutely ridiculous service. Walking into my rooms whilst I'm in the shower, they turn the heating off to save their own money. So i, a pregnant woman, has had to have freezing showers and sleep in a freezing room for weeks and knowing someone could walk in at any time. When we moved they told us council tax was including in our rent and just found out it isn't.. So we are paying £400 a month for a freezing cold room with no hot water and terrible staff. Disgraceful, should be shut down!
Not sure why others have given bad ratings but I certainly had a pleasant service from them. Note that the 5 star is for the service in dealing with issues and just in general were supportive. In terms of room size and cost, i think it is not value for money for long term.
Basic accommodation, staff decide they can walk in and out of your room any time they want! Never empty the bins, the WiFi connection is terrible.

When trying to find Accommodation for my son the staff were disrespectful, unapproachable and to be frank downright rude. Having searched online for rooms and arranged to view several rooms and after viewing the first room which was a dive and frankly wouldn't leave a dog in there, we was told this was the only room on offer, when we asked about other rooms online we was told it was her decision and could only have this room.
This is the way they treat a young, vulnerable adult and in my opinion needs to be shut down! Would definitely not recommend to anyone!
Highly not recommended to anybody! Management giving f**k about people needs, but if you like living with houndreds of rats, and rubbish bins, which are emptied on every 3rd week (sometimes even longer!), so go on then. Very messy and lazy people.
