I've found Jacksons to be friendly, knowledgable and professional. They explored in detail what type of property we are looking for and delivered. I particularly found David to be intuitive, patient, not pushy as I've experienced with other estate agents. During viewings David pointed out accepts of the property that we may have missed and suggested simple solutions to make changes to enhance it. This certainly give us food for thought. Following viewings David didn't immediately contact us for further thoughts of the property but allowed time for reflection.

My contact with other staff members was also positive. Joe for example was very experienced and informative. He knows Earlsfield very well. Sophie was equally helpful.

I would certainly recommend Jackson's if you are looking to buy or sale a property given my experience of them.

We had a great experience with Jacksons whilst buying our flat. Joe and Will were very helpful and right from the off we were impressed with Joe's detailed knowledge of the properties we viewed. He clearly has good knowledge of the Earlsfield area and ensures that Jacksons' agents have viewed the property themselves before showing them to prospective buyers. This makes a big difference to the viewer's experience, as there have been instances with other estate agents where the agent has clearly been viewing the property for the first time at the same time as us and has very little helpful information to provide.

Joe was very helpful through out the buying process, he kept us well informed and was available for us to call if we were unsure of any part of the process or had questions.

Very pleased with Joe, Sophie and their team. I have lived locally for several years and we spent considerable time deciding on the estate agent to sell our property. They are knowledgable, professional and genuine. Any queries were dealt with promptly and I believe they helped to keep sale straightforward.

We were on the market with another agent for nearly a year, Joe from Jackson's came in and gave us all the right advice and we had our offer (which we completed on) within a month. Jackson's only did viewings with people who had the right budget and were looking for our style of flat, which was reassuring after repeatedly having to get the flat ready for viewings with people whose budget was so much more than we were asking with the other agent. All of the staff at Jackson's were responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. I also think that they set their prices fairly, high enough that vendors have a return on their investment, low enough that purchasers aren't being conned. The other thing I would say is that this particular team, Earlsfield Jackson's, know their area very well. We were delighted, for example, that our shared ownership flat went to another first time buyer and Joe knew exactly how to make this happen. I would highly recommend this firm.

If it were possible to give a minus score here I would! These guys are quite possibly the WORST property management company I have ever come across. Lazy, inefficient, rude, ignorant, I could go on. They do not have any regard for the tenant, only themselves and how they can make a quick buck. It has taken almost 3 weeks to receive my deposit monies back, and no apology has been given whatsoever. If you can avoid using this company please, please do so or you may regret it!

Rented off Jacksons for over a year. Loads of fees to start with and they tried to shaft us for £650 of our deposit at the end. After months of going through the deposit dispute service we got back 98% of our deposit back which tells you a lot about how disingenuous their claims were.

Recently sold through Jacksons in Earlsfield. Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish and despite numerous frustrations and twists, Joe and his team remained patient and attentive throughout. Having dealt with many agents in the area, I can honestly say they are unmatched in terms of their professionalism and helpfulness ... Joe and his team really are a cut above the rest. Highly recommended.
