We recently had some fencing replaced by Jacksons and installed by one of their recommended companies in Kent and we are really happy with the workmanship and the quality of the product. It's 25 year guarantee is evident in the quality of the fencing. The ordering process and delivery to the installer faultless. We are very happy, is the second time I have worked with Jacksons and I will continue to recommend them to my clients.

Absolutely fantastic to read about your new product which helps to save hedgehogs. Well done you!

1st time we have used Jacksons. Staff very helpful prior to ordering and fence delivered when they said it would be. The fence itself is much better quality than others we have considered and it looks fantastic. There were some small bits of wood we needed for cut down gravel boards which we didn't realise we would need, when discussed with the team they were sent out with complements free of charge 1st class post. We have nearly finished putting it up and we can tell it is going to last year's.

Fantastic service helping get our school the required wax based paint delivered in time for our parents maintenance day this morning. We had over 20 parents and teachers helping revamp the playground fence colours which was supplied by Jacksons some years ago and has stood up to the weather over the years. - shame we just ran out before we could get the last gate finished.

Paid a premium amount of money for what I thought was a quality fence product with their 25 year warranty, they looked quality when first installed - the fence posts have rotted after 15 years - can I be bothered to chase up the warranty - no not really because it only would cover the cost of the posts, if they agreed to the claim, and not the labour and disruption. Why would I want to install the same Jackposts product again



Feel very cheated that you think you are buying a quality product that will last and find out it is no better that others. Buyer beware.

Just received my delivery... £1k worth of dripping wet fencing, can’t even burn it yet alone think about painting it.
