Excellent, family run business. Every customer looked after together with their car with care and attention. Full service and sales facilities. Customer care second to none.

A perfect example of how a Ford dealer (or any other manufacturer for that matter), should operate. They have a personal relationship with all of their customers and they really care about the work they do. All staff are very professional but it's their garage technical services team that really stand out.

Chris and the team sourced my wife a vehicle a few weeks ago, upon inspection we decided to hold out for a higher spec'ed vehicle in the correct colour of which they successfully sourced. Jacksons are a family-owned dealership and they really care about the customer experience. Have bought two cars from them, would happily and will buy another. They are pleasant hard-working people and they know their stuff. For example, the service manager, Dan, phoned me up and explained carefully for 10 minutes everything they had checked/fixed on my car before I picked it up following its annual service.

They are very good for tyres too. No wobbles if they install them, unlike some other places I could mention...

Knowledgeable, enthusiastic and informative - Dan in particular. Did what they said they would do and more - will definitely use again.

I will use this dealer again in the future. I went for the 1st service for my new focus, since it is a new car, not many problems can happen, therefore I could not tell how good they are for fixing problems. But I really like the attitude when explaining things to me, very friendly and helpful. By the way, I chose them because of their high google rating, that's why I came back here to write a review.

can I just say how pleased I was with your service today,I booked my daughter's vehicle for the first service with chrissy a few weeks ago with a set price,I dropped the vehicle off first thing at 8 o‘clock,Then had a call from Dan the technician an hour later,he explained the few faults with the vehicle,then offered to wash the vehicle before collection,great,efficient and friendly service with the same price has quoted..see next year when purchasing a new vehicle...

Simply the best around...so much better than the main big dealerships...all the staff are so friendly and helpful...I won't go anywhere else.
