thank you for the wonderful service we received from your staff in the meadowhall branch. Mum was looking for an outfit for my wedding and was very worried about it. The ladies in the shop had a very lovely manner and were very helpful in finding her the perfect dress, shoes and bag.

We went to the sale at Seaham last Saturday and had a super time. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and lots of bargains too. Brill day thanks to all

I have tried to find out when an item will be coming back in stock as it is a bolero to make an outfit complete but the customer services are not replying at all I am frustrated as the dress I have purchased will need to be returned if I can't get bolero

website shows stock available but 3 times i have ordered different items and everytime received an email saying can't fulfil my order, Customer services fobbed me of with a couldn't care less attitute, wont be shopping on line with them again

Very disappointed at placing an order only to be told on delivery day that one key item was no longer available despite still showing availability on your website. Upon ringing customer services to say you were disinterested would be putting it mildly. Customers should be important and not merely a nuisance. Your goods are not at the cheap end of the scale and I would expect your customer services to be better.

Shockingly poor customer services response, very slow to respond and lack of ownership to sort out the problem. I was asked for many details and then they did nothing. I was told to go back to the shop after a week of e-mails. The fabric on my green dress seems to stain with the slightest drop of water leaving unsightly stains. Very upsetting at a special occasion after spending over £100 on a dress. Not left with any confidence in this brand, buyers beware.

Shocking customer service. I have had to open up a second dispute with PayPal to get a refund.

Ibought a pair of smart black trousers price £99.00 and a couple of days later they were reduced to £79.20 the same with a silk top paid £49.00 and a couple of days later it was reduced to £39.20 a totalof £30.60 would of been saved it wouldnt bother me but i actually asked the assistant if these were new stock in and was told they had only just come in and in debenhams they actually had a new sign on the stand so as you can see im not a very happy customer

I went to the Blue water store and was disappointed with every bit of service I received. I would never shop here again. I was made to feel awful and feel I was discriminated against as they seemed to think they where better than me and that they didn't want my custom. "I would be better of in Next" or some where better suited to my self a new mum breastfeeding. exact comments of one of the staff members.

I came to review my mum's shocking experience with Jacques Vert, but can now see this might be a common experience. She ordered a coat and dress for my wedding and the coat arrived but the dress did not. She sent multiple emails and was ignored until she finally got the chance to speak to them on the phone - she still has not received a response to her emails. It seems the dress may no longer be available in her size, though she still has no explanation as to why she did not receive the dress in the first place. Appalling customer service and certainly falls far of the exciting dress experience the mother of the bride wants.

I am absolutely appauled by the lack of customer service in your concession store in shaws Department Store Drogheda. My mum spent 360 on a dress and jacket to wear to a wedding next week. She didn't notice until she got home ( half and hour after leaving the store ) that the cream jacket was all black across the shoulders. When she inspected the bag she discovered it was all destroyed with mildew which had obviously rubbed off on the jacket. She immediately returned to the shop where she met with a very rude assistant who said it was not their problem and the bag could not have gotten destroyed in their premises. The manager wasn't in until today and when I called in to her, she was even ruder. I rang the uk customer care number and all they would offer was 35 worth of vouchers. This is an insult and will only just about cover the calls to the uk and travel in and out to shop. My mum just wanted the jacket exchanged but nobody would authorise it. She did not want a refund, just an unblemished jacket. Mildew takes days to develop so it was impossible for this bag to have gotten damaged anywhere but the shop. I would advise everyone to avoid the store. When you are spending your hard earned cash the least you expect is a bit of customer service and not be made feel like a fraudster!! What happened to the customer always been right???

Dreadful customer service - only use the cheapest and most unreliable delivery company yet charge exorbitant postage. And the reviews show that I am not the only person unhappy with their customer service

Disguted that I have to wait 14 days for a refund of nearly £300 online. Then your operator hangs up on me mid conversation. Your website states allow 7 days not 14 days.. your operator blamed Christmas its mid February!!!@
