After having numerous miscarriages and an ectopic pregnancy the hospital investigated and I found out I have PCOS. They told me they wouldnt help me any further because I was obese. They said to go away, come back when I had lost some. They put me on metformin. I joined another diet club and I stuck to it religiously. I lost 3lb in 3 months. I then discovered the Cambridge Diet. I started in August 2014 and by March 2015 I dropped 4 dress sizes.
