It all started way back in 2009 when I purchased a new home with my wife. I was extremely athletic and would play sports and weight train pretty much 7 days a week. It was later that year I suffered a horrendous lower back injury which saw me into hospital for week and into rehabilitation for months. The pain was unbearable and night after night I would be dosed on pain killers with hot compresses and gentle massages to relax the muscles.
I was given the option to attend a health spa to use there hydro-therapy pool to ease the muscle pain and to help rehabilitate my lower back. Within 3 weeks of using their pool I was pain free and able to continue on with my life. I thought this was brilliant, so after a discussion with my wife we decided to purchase a Jacuzzi for home use.

We attended a few show rooms around near our home and also attended the ideal home show for information and prices. I was shocked! Many of the models we were keen on cost in excess of £12, 000 but I also had to pay for delivery, installation, crane hire, concrete bedding, electrics. . the list was endless!
The total outlay cost was just shy of £14, 000! !
After discussion with a company, we parted with the upfront 50% required and was told delivery would be within 4 weeks. Well 6 weeks later, we were still without our equipment and were told it would be with us in 2 weeks. On the 8th week, delivery arrived! I was excited as you could imagine but was left in total shock after being told they didn’t have a crane available for another 7 days! I had this HUGE 4meter by 4meter wooden crate plonked in the middle of my drive!

7 days pass and the crane arrived and dropped the Jacuzzi over the wall, to my lack of surprise they hadn't arranged the electrician we paid for and yet another week went by where I had a non-functioning Jacuzzi left in my back garden.
To cut the story short I was extremely disappointed with their service, it had ruined all the excitement my wife and I had built up! I had got so annoyed with this company I called a few of their customers direct and to my surprise, I wasn’t alone. I spotted a gap in the market that needed filling and I was the man to do it!

So late 2012 Jacuzzi-Dreams was born. We secured bespoke partnerships with various companies to ensure you get the products you want on the time scales agreed at the price agreed. We hand build all of our models for full customization! If you want a pink spa then damn right you’ll get a pink spa!
Since 2013, we have delivered and installed Jacuzzi and Sauna units for both domestic and commercial use. We take our time to get to know our clients and their needs so you truly get the unit that suits you and your needs.

We are backed with a 5 year guarantee on all shells and 2 years guarantees with all electrical components. We have our own private crane hire and electrical team so they know exactly what is required and how to best handle your equipment.
Jacuzzi-Dreams also doesn't believe in a hefty upfront cost. We simply take 30% of the cost to secure your unit, and the remaining balance once your item is stocked and you view and confirm delivery.
Our unique design and build process means your unit is specifically crafted to your needs. We have the ability to add or remove jets, incorporate TV's, DVD players, pop-up speakers, in cased speakers, personalized side panels, heat covers, shell colours, side rails and can even arrange base plate insulation or gazebo!
