My name's Jacy, a person centred therapist based in Teesside. I've worked in medical centres for 12 + years giving me experience in a wide range of issues.

I've been working in the adult service (16 + ) in primary care /GP surgeries and sixth form centres across Teesside for over ten years which has given me experience with a wide range of issues. As an integrative therapist I am primarily person centred; I like to work with creative media when appropriate and also use a solution focused or CBT approach. Person centred means it's all about you and your needs; each client is unique, one kind of therapy doesn't fit all and so I try to offer a bespoke service tailored to the individual.
