Vietnamese / Provencal / Neapolitan vegetarian banquet creators, serving up affordable feasts around London.

‘Jade and Verde’ was started by two foodie friends, Fran and M, who inherited a happy combination of Vietnamese, Southern Italian and Provencal foodways that they enjoy exchanging in their leafy green cooking sessions.

M (the Jade half of the duo), recently won an award from Asia House, with the aim of researching an authentic cookery book about Vietnamese Vegetarian cuisine, which she blogs about at www. thejadecave. wordpress.com. Before she heads to Vietnam this Autumn, she hopes to test some of her favorite recipes with discerning diners. Consequently, Fran, M and a team of excellent Vietnamese cooking colleagues are going to begin their pop up restaurant endeavor by producing a lemongrass flavored, healthy Vegetarian Vietnamese feast. Also, in the future, watch this space for Fran’s Italian, ‘Verde’ themed pop up evenings! It’s all going to be green and beautiful.
