I am sending this overdue email in order to sing somebody's praises. I have been meaning to send this email but never seem to get round to doing it. After some more exceptional client service, I could not put it off any longer. My IPL laser technician, Lauren (I hope I have the name right) is worthy of great credit. She provides a genuine and sincere service consistently and I always feel welcome. She is always happy and chatty which makes a huge difference.
I have just completed a session with Lauren today (5:30pm 13/06/16). I had left my glasses in the office/IPL room and had almost left. Fortunately, Lauren had ran out to try and catch me before I left in my car. I am very thankful and would recommend her to anyone I know.
I have been to a few salons, inc some in the Central London area where you would expect receive top class service. However this is not always the case. Lauren, by far out stages them all. She is an asset to J'adore.
Had great Swedish massage. THANK YOU.
