Excellent service, you do have to wait at busy times but not much you can do about this, seems everyone want to return a van at 8am, may be an idea to open up the shop a little earlier on busy days to avoid the log jam.

We have hired from you several times over the past 10 years or so and last weekend we hired a MPV. We wanted to thank all of your staff for the outstanding service we received. We arrived at around 9am at your Sth Harrow office and were warmly greeted, our details taken and our hire processed within 15 minutes. An extremely polite, professional and super friendly staff member showed us to our vehicle, explaining everything we needed to know and we were off to our weekend away quicker than you can say, "Jafvans rocks!". Consistent, excellent service is what keeps us coming back to your company year after year. Fantastic.

Unprofessional reception staff, does not know what C of customer service stands for. I wanted to drop off a Van a day earlier but they refused to give me a refund as apparently they had turned lots of people away for it a total BS!
