From the August 1948 issue of Motor Sport Magazine:
"Late in June a green 3-1/2-litre Jaguar saloon arrived outside our offices for test purposes and we decided it could be profitably used to inspect the disused aerodrome perimeter track at Goodwood which, with the permission of the Duke of Richmond and Gordon, is likely to become a useful racing circuit.
We were very glad of both these experiences, for Goodwood has definite possibilities and the Jaguar is one of Britain's be...tter export propositions"

Hi I'm going to piss you all off i traded a welder for a 71 jaguar xj6 i was going to put a Chevy 350 in it tore out the engine and many other part s then realized that was a bad idea so now I have a mostly clean shell of a jaguar and all the paperwork to a pile of good parts sitting in my garage and just now I considered selling it to pick and pull for 65 $ just to get it out of my garage ridiculing
