Hi everyone, I hope we are all keeping safe. A little update, personally i don’t think we will be able to re-open til June time and certainly under restrictions which will make it massively difficult given the back-log of clients we will all have but rest assure I will work as many hours as necessary to get you all back in. I know I say it in nearly all my posts but thankyou so much to everyone who has bought gift vouchers, purchased home colour kits and entered competitions... I’ve posted. I’ve seen so many fellow small business’ close there doors for good and seek employment elsewhere as unfortunately the govement haven’t made things easy for us self employed with financial aid, we can only claim universal credit which is £98 per week and are unable to claim any sort of rebate til June (Not great when you have a house, utility bills to pay and everything else ontop of that)
In good news Claire is making great progress with the new salon so when we are able to re-open we might have a brand new sparkling salon to work from 🙂

First week in quarantine and I’m wondering what the hell do unemployed people do all day I’m going out of my mind with boredom! Still no idea when we are able to open back up but I will keep everyone updated. I just wanted to say a massive Thankyou to everyone for your messages of support.

Hi everyone. I’m getting quite a few messages regarding pre booked appointments for the next few weeks / months. In light of the recent situation and not knowing how long we are unable to open up for when I do eventually open again - I will be opening a complete new book and bookings will start from scratch as my back log of clients will be massive. Bookings will be prioritised for my long term and regular clients and unfortunately I will not be taking on any new clients onc...e opened as I owe my loyalty to those who have been loyal to myself.
I will keep everyone up to date and hopefully if everyone follows the rules as set by the government the sooner we can go back to normality.

For all my colour clients I am trying to find a solution that means I don’t come into personal contact with you but also you don’t have to walk around with your grey roots for the foreseeable future
I’m thinking of offering clients a pre-mixed colour solution to use at home. Each client will have there hair colour mixed (the exact shade they have in the salon) and I can pop it in a little container with a tint brush and gloves for your self application -... delivered at your front door (I will knock when it’s outside) for you to touch your roots up at home without having to come into contact with myself.

Hi everyone.
I can’t believe I am having to write this but as of tomorrow I will no longer be trading in the salon. This has not been an easy decision for me to make and I am beyond gutted, this situation has given me such anxiety and stress, It’s a position I never imagined myself to be in but it’s beyond my control.
It’s unsure when I will be back trading in the salon and I am so sorry 😔..

Jills transition from black.
Jill has been dying her hair black for many years and was sick of her regrowth and wanted something softer. One balayage session and three sessions of hi lites we have managed to get her to a golden caramel colour whilst still keeping her hair strong and uncompromised.

From a dark brown to a dimensional bronzed balayage on Lindsey this evening.
