I hate to do this but I have a 24 hour cancellation policy, that I will now be adhering to. π» Pretty please could you kindly give a minimum of 24 hours notice π» No shows & cancellations less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of the total.
... I cannot stress the importance for both the smooth running of a small business and also to fairly be able to fit people in, I have a cancellation list but very difficult to be able to fit people in at very short notice. In some instances full makeup application that can be 1-2 hour plus slots, for both my time & my livelihood it is a big part of my working day.

Cannot explain how happy I was with my make up and he did exactly what I asked for. Itβs the first time Iβve ever had my make up done where Iβve actually liked it and I looked and felt amazing! Could not recommend Jake enough and he was so professional and welcoming I will definitely be back again!
