I believe that therapy is at its most effective when it is tailored to a client's personality and needs. So as an integrative therapist I am able to draw on differing theories and approaches to counselling to suit each individual client. I work with clients on a number of issues, including; depression, anxiety, low self esteem and confidence issues, painful memories, habit breaking, relationship issues, stress and panic attacks. . .
