A good friend of mine and fellow Hypnotherapist (Anne Bayati) is holding a Well-being morning for new Mums and Dads at the Langton Pavilion Cafe, Tunbridge Wells on 10th October at 10am.
She also has an extensive background in Hypno-Birthing too, so she really is the complete package.
Her informal chat will be about the ups and downs of parenthood, and she will be able to answer any questions you have as well.

Hi all. I'd like to say a big 'Thank You' for your help recently regarding a poll I conducted for a video course I am going to make. The results were split at 48% vs 52% which is really close so I'm asking for help again please.
Regarding the video course I am going to make, would you prefer me physically being in the video or just a voice over with the screen filled with the course content instead.
Please be honest as it really does help me out. I won't be offended with an...y views or preferences you have whatsoever.
So just to clarify:
Option 1 would be a video course in which you can see me and also have the content on the screen. Option 2 would be a video course in which you dont see me but have me on audio only and see the content on the screen.
Pleae feel free to add comments as well when you vote please.

I’m going to make a video course but am undecided on what way to best present this.
Option 1 involves a physical whiteboard.
... Option 2 uses a whiteboard software with my voice over the top as an audio.
If you where going to buy a video course around this topic or something similar, which do you think would be more engaging for ‘you’, as the viewer?
