Hi there,
I'm Jamie and I'm a fully qualified Personal Trainer.
After my daughter was born in 2008, I started working out to get in shape. In 2009 and 2010, I had 2 strokes which resulted in me being hospital bound for days. At the age of 21, you wouldn't expect to have a stoke would you? Well it turned out to be all because of a hole in my heart.
So in 2010, I had an operation to fill the hole. 2 months after my operation, I decided I couldn't sit around the house any more, So after deciding to study a course in fitness, I became a Personal Trainer. I want to help others achieve their goals, others who have a bit of extra weight, want to build muscle, want a lifestyle change and just want to be healthy. I am here, to help you.
