What a fantastic experience. The issue with the gold card was delt with by superbly by Abel brilliant customer service what a star he is. Food spot on, really tasty and the rest of our service was sorted by Laci nothing too much trouble. Can't wait to go back.

We've booked a table for a lunch with my daughter. Very pleasant we were welcomed by manager. The food we ordered was tasteful and the Jamie's chocolate orange coffee was delicious! Our good and companionable time was guaranteed by cheerful serving. Well done , I recommend for your peaceful, no rush and calm down time, in cozy atmosphere.

The team here went above and beyond to make a meal for my 4 year old son with multiple food allergies and autism yesterday. The chef was fantastic and a genuinely nice guy. He made sure my son was getting a proper meal rather than a dish off the menu with all the bits he couldn't have removed. The waiting staff were really accommodating and all the food was delicious. The staff here are an absolute credit to the company. Thank you!

The food was amazing. I had the Tuscan lamb and it just melts in your mouth. Staff lovely and the service was really quick.

I just wanted to make a note what an amazing service me and my sister experienced on our last visit! I have forgotten my golden club card but this was not a problem and they managed to find my details in the system even without it. We were greeted with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco as this is my birthday month and it was my sister’s birthday on that day as well. The lovely team surprised my sister at the end of the evening with a complementary dessert on which plate it was written Happy Birthday 🎉 We didn’t book in advance and just pop up there for a dinner but they made the night so special as soon as they found out what the occasion was without even planning! It takes so little to make someone’s day and in Jamie’s always know how to! Thank you for the lovely dinner!

Having booked a table several months in advance, we were shocked to find that Jamie's no longer worked with the booking site we had used and therefore had no table for us. We were in need of pasta for fuel for the following day's marathon and the manager very kindly suggested that, as they were fully booked, we eat at the bar. What a great suggestion this turned out to be - not only did we enjoy a lovely meal, we were entertained by the fantastic and very friendly bar staff. Disaster averted and a great evening had by all! Thank you!

Had a lovely meal today and the staff couldn’t be more helpful with regards to my GF & DF diet. The lady that served us was lovely. Left feeling full and content!!

Always good service, good food and a good experience....love Jamie's Italian

User

Great service & food, I had the burger, best I have ever tasted and all 10 of us (Christmas work meal) had no complaints about the food.

Reasonably priced as well, might take my family there in the future.

User

Absolutely spot on for both service and food. Wait time was acceptable, in fact welcome between courses. The only reason we didn't give a 5 star was that the dessert, although perfectly nice, paled in comparison to the delicious starter and main courses. Who would've thought a burger could taste so good! And at £20 for 3 courses we would expect lower standards but that was not what we got. Fantastic value.

User

A very nice ambiance and relaxed atmosphere, accompanied by great wine and even better food. For the location, the food was superb value. Would happily attend again, and really really enjoyed the night.

The only thing I would say the music in the background was too loud really to be able to have a normal level of conversation and not always in fitting with the theme of the restaurant.

My burger was nice, daughters pork loin was not. Food Luke warm, service was poor, ordered drinks and they forgot mine, when finished our main course we were ignored for at least 25 mins even though it was obvious we had finished, was going to order dessert but changed our mind as didn't want to wait ages for it, and did not appreciate being ignored by staff who kept walking past our table, decided to leave promptly after having asked for the bill, would not recommend.

This restaurant is not as good as it once was! The food has been better on previous visits - my meal was a little burnt! The menus we were given we're shabby and in need of replacement! The staff were friendly, however, the service was very slow. I will revisit, although it won't be my first choice when entertaining.

User

There were 7 of us and we booked in advance. We were seated and after about 10 minutes we had to ask to order drinks! Another 10 minutes later and still no drinks and no one interested in taking our food order either! Meals arrived at different times too. The restaurant was no more than half full either so no excuse there!

I took my 3 daughters there for dinner, before we went to the O2.

The service was fantastic. Our waiter was very good and friendly.

However, the food was bland and not as we expected it to be. The bolognaise tagliatelle was 'ok'. Edible but lacking in flavour and had the odd 'crunchy' bit in it.

The younger 2 had spaghetti and meatballs, which is their all time favourite dinner. Neither of them are the meatballs as they didn't like them. The older girl had the crab spaghetti and apart from having a bit of a kick to it, again it was lacking in flavour.

Somewhat disappointing when you're expecting a bit more, having the name Jamie Oliver! It's a shame as the staff were all libel and welcoming.

Felt totally underwhelmed by the experience and a bit ripped off. Very over priced for both food and drinks (nearly £5 for a 330ml bottle of beer) prawn chilli pasta dish was £15 and honestly it was quite bland and didn’t taste any better than a Tesco ready meal. Portions were a bit mean for the price (we are all slim and don’t have appetites any bigger than anyone else) Garlic bread was £4.99 for a small portion. Our waitress was was so disinterested that while we were giving her our order she was staring out the window and collecting up the menus without acknowledging that she had taken the last persons order. We had to keep asking her if she’s taken the last order. They charge 12.5% service charge if you are a group of 6 or more. We were 7 though 3 were just kids so they added it on though thankfully it is optional. I tip fairly when I feel it is deserved. I felt £18 tip was over the top for what was a light lunch. Pretty disappointed that you put your name to this “meh” restaurant #jamieoliver

Compared to other Jamie's Italians {we're good card holders} the service was really poor, they brought a wrong meal out which was the waiters fault as he had no clue what he was doing, the skirt steak was like rubber and the whole dish looked like it had been thrown together. Really disappointed not usual standard.

User

Booked for a table of 7. 4 adults and 3 children. Had to wait the best part of an hour for it to arrive. Only 6 meals arrived and had to wait for the 7th of which most of the table had almost finished by that time, however that wasn’t difficult as the main portion size’s was somewhat small, my eight year old would have even wanted more. Over priced, stingy portions. From a fellow chef, disappointed.

Well we where so excited going in but that was soon gone, we waited to be seated 2 staff members past us by a few times, then we went round to the car area, we where seated in the Terrace, first thing I noticed was the place was very dirty our table had food in the groves around the edges, the whole floor need a go sweep and a jet wash, when our meal arrived mine was cold my friends was over cooked the pasta was all stuck together, I have never seen macaroni style pasta in a carbonara , the sauce was watery and tasteless, when asked was our meal ok we told the waiter who informed the manager, the manager was very apologetic and took our main meals off our bill which was fine but I would have liked to enjoy my meal and pay for it, the price was very reasonable for London , we where both very disappointed, we wher also told that they could not serve alcohol between 3 and 5 pm because of the Marathon, this was around 4pm we had just had drinks down the road ? We didn’t mind so we just had water they brought us a craft with water which was dirty it looked like it had been washed in the pot washer not the glass washer as seemed to have a great film in it, I had to wipe both our glasses as they had lips stick marks on them, very very disappointing
