Went there for the first time to celebrate my sister's birthday. Busy busy place but waiters are very nice (despite their busyness they still manage to have a little chat with us and helped us with our pictures!) Some of our orders came a bit late but not too much. Loved the food. Tried the ravioli, chicken and the dishes of the day which is steak and fish (all good tasting esp the fish!) Would have loved to try a pork dish my brother suggested but unfortunately its only seasonal and they're gonna start serving it next week!!!! Grrr. They gave my sister a free brownie and ice cream dessert for her birthday, a common practice for most restaurants i guess but still love the personal touch. Ambience is nice-we had a good night. I wish, however, the ice could have been finely shaven or crushed in the cocktails. But will go back there again when im back in London!

We had a meal at Jamies Italian at 5 More London Place on Friday 1st June 2018. I received a voucher for my 60th birthday and Jamies had no problem with me using it on a busy Friday night. I booked a table online, really easy!

The staff were very friendly and our waitress Camelia was lovely. Starter of shared platter and main course (Meatballs for hubby and Tuscan lamb for me) it was fautless. Wine and cocktails yummie. Will defo be returning. Thank you Jamies Italian for a very enjoyable evening. Diane & Kieron xx

We arrived for an early dinner for my daughter’s birthday, were promptly shown to our table and shortly afterwards the restaurant quickly filled with people arriving for their office/work Christmas parties. A really buzzy, fun and relaxed atmosphere, helpful waiting staff, swift and efficient service throughout and totally delicious food! I had the vegetarian fixed Christmas which was impressive with 3 choices of starters, mains & pudding, while my daughter selected from the main menu. A very busy evening for the staff - yet the service was slick! Thanks for a great evening!

Staff is so friendly and professional and the food was amazing... I did try other Jamie's Italian before but I wasn't impressed so I thought I'll never go back again... We had this deal part of a voucher and I'm so happy with my experience at London bridge. Thank you for everything:)

Late decision to eat here. Quite empty on arrival. We were well served orderwise by Mattia. But food took a while to come. When it did, it was delicious. Cod and muscles in a Sicilian sauce followed by scrumptious tiramisu. Even a happy birthday platter for serving the dessert, with a candle. Expensive for what it was. But the staff were lovely and we enjoyed the experience and the view across the Thames. Would I visit again, yes but preferably with a large group and later in the day. Congrats to Mattia, he was friendly throughout.

Disclaimer: im no expert.

Walked in without a booking for 2, no problem. Got a nice cosy corner table in the corner. Waiter was quick and efficient with the order. Knew lots about the food menu, but couldnt tell me much about the wine. Didn't know what a muscat was or what red by the glass would be nice with our mains. Wine and beer drinks out in less then 5 minutes, but a ten minute wait for filtered tap water to come afterwards.

Wine was delicious, Punchy Pulglian Primitivo from La masseria was exactly as described, dark, spicy and full of woodchips. Loved it. The dessert Tesauro Valpoicella went down like lollywater, just the way i like it.

First course was Italian nachos with herb bread. Very easy to eat, nice spice on the nacho sauce and herb bread was full of cheesy goodness.

Mains were Posh Pizza and the Mushroom Ravioli. Wish I had a spoon to eat the generous serving of sauce. Absolute fantastic. One or two pieces could have used another 30 seconds, otherwise perfect. Pizza wasnt cut though, mate was very vocal about it, it is a crime to use a knife and fork to eat pizza, otherwise good tasty pizza. Nice and crispy, no black on the base.

Dessert was sorbet with blueberry compot and chocolate brownie. Was told i could have 3 different scoops of sorbet or ice-cream. Good value for money IMO. Mate smashed his brownie in 3 bites. Loved it.

All in all, good meal. 8.2/10, would come again.

Service was good, restaurant very nice and lovely decor. Food...well, was nice but nothing special. I spent 10 days inItaly last October so I was probably judging by that standard. Saying that, I have had better food in other Italian restaurants in Britain!

It was a first time for me and my husband to eat at Jamie’s. We got a table very quickly and got a nice treatment from the man who guided us to the table. The waitress however was not specially enthusiastic.

The wine kinda warm and also the water. I had to ask for ice. We got food quite fast but the quality and the tast was ordinary. We were not particularly impressed there.

User

Got there just at the right time as the outside area soon filled up. The food was good the service only slowed down when we wanted to pay but it was very busy

User

We had a very dissapointing meal at Jamie's London Bridge last night. Drinks came after the starters had arrived and 10 out of 11 main meals were cold. One was sent back twice to be re heated and two or three were definitely not cooked. I don't mean Al dente pasta, it was hard and tasteless.

I was really surprised at the poor quality of food. However Magda our waitress was great and tried proactiveky to make up for the short comings of her chef colleagues.

User

Was really excited about this restaurant but unfortunately it never lived up to the expectation !

Service was extremely slow.... 6 out of the 12 diners I was with had to send their food back for either being cold or steak not cooked in accordance to their request.

Waitress tried her best to rectify the problems but sadly mistake after mistake kept occurring.

Drinks were arriving 20 minutes after being ordered. Side dishes arriving after meals had been eaten......very poor experience. Meals were not as tasty as one would expect!

I've always loved Jamie Oliver's recipes, however maybe he needs to re think about the team in place at his restaurant as they certainly aren't doing his name any justice.

User

They might have hired a Northeast Chinese to cook my linguine - it's just like noodle with tomato SOUP, not sauce. All other food we ordered are OKAY, but nothing impressive. And food comes a bit late. May be we went there too early, no proper chef was in charge.

User

Staff unwelcoming once they realised we had a voucher. Asked for drinks menu which came quickly but nwasn't followed up with anyone to take order. Bill came which was wrong amended but no apology. Overall not impressed.

User

Average. Nothing special. Just like any other restaurant... and - most importantly - definitely NOT Italian!!!

Despite the majority of the staff is Italian, the food is not even a pale imitation of the Italian food and I can say I’m qualified to tell (🇮🇹). Don’t take me bad: the quality of food is fairly good, but the taste has nothing to do with the Italian cuisine.

I have a “Fresh & Tasty Specials” promo card at my table depicting the “Jamie’s skinny carbonara”. The description says: “Our homemade tagliatelle” - but it's showing spaghetti - “with pancetta,” - but carbonara is made with ‘guanciale’ (Google it, Jamie, please!) - “peas, basil, garlic, yoghurt & Parmesan.” - WTF, this is blasphemy! 😱.

Do me a favour, mate, don’t sully the Italian food reputation, please: don’t call you stuff “Italian”.

User

I never normally bother with reviews unless they are positive or very negative. Have to say I'm appalled at the quality of food in this restaurant. I ordered salmon spaghetti and there was literally no salmon in my meal just a few tiny loose flakes. What an embarrassment to even send such meal to a customer. I strongly recommend you to avoid at all costs. The girl serving us was lovely and pleasant but the management definitely needs to change. Dont waste your money and ruin your evening.
