I am a therapeutic counsellor, with experience of working with adults and children. In my private practice in the centre of Buxton, Derbyshire, I am available for 1: 1 counselling sessions.
I offer a confidential service where you can explore your innermost feelings and thoughts in a safe and non judgemental environment. Together, we can explore how your past influences your present life and how you can use this knowledge to make positive changes in your life.
When appropriate, I work creatively, to allow you to express your inner feelings and thoughts through creative media.
