I'm dedicated to helping my client's realise their full health and fitness potential using a holistic approach that looks at individual lifestyles, body type, nutrition and rehabilitation for those with postural problems.
I hold public pilates sessions, one to one and group personal training from my own private studio as well as offering sports massage.
I understand that we are all human and aim to be realistic about your training as a whole; I have trained people of all ages from all walks of life and each bespoke training session is tailor made to suit your life style and needs - I believe a healthy lifestyle is a positive way of life and not a chore!
