I first became interested in emotional wellbeing as a young nurse working in a Psychiatric hospital with patients with severe Post Natal Depression. In 1990, I trained as a Counsellor working in private practice. I believe it is important to keep up with current ideas so I am constantly training and re-enforcing my knowledge. In doing so, I am gathering various tools along the way. In 2004 I gained a NCFE in Life Coaching and continued to NCFE Diploma level. I am also a qualified Hypnotherapist and a member of the General Hypnotherapy Register. I hold a Diploma in Theraputic Counselling and also an HND in Humanistic Counselling and Psychotherapy
