Jans Diner is located by Value House on Clovelly Industrial Estate. Rahim and Diana took over the cafe in 2015.

Rahim and Diana ran Jans Diner at Rooksbridge picnic area (Roundswell) since 2012. When they first took over the building and its surround area were pretty scruffy and run down.

Since taking over the 5 year lease from Devon County Council they added plants and an outdoor seating area as well a picnic table. The diner itself has been re-decorating and has had new kitchen equipment added.

In July 2015 the Council cancelled their lease as the lay-by was being closed due to cut backs. Rahim had to pay for the Diner (which cost him £10, 000 only two years earlier) to be demolished and removed.

After much looking and temporarily working in KFC, Rahim and Di managed to take over the lease on the Food Stand outside Value House Bideford (BJ's) and have transformed it into a really good food outlet.
