Fabulous service; friendly, polite and very helpful. Visited the shop on Saturday, and Terry explained about Volt bikes and let me have a try. I ordered it that day, and he had it delivered to the shop and ready for me on Tuesday. Really really pleased, and I cannot recommend Jardines Cycles highly enough.

Just brought two Volt bikes today. The staffs knowledge of the bikes was second to none. Nothing was to much trouble showing us the bikes. Would not hesitate to recommend this shop for quality and service.

Went to Jardine Cycles today and the service was excellent - the man was so helpful and friendly, he said we could pick up the bike on Monday (today is Saturday) our little boy was desperate to have it today so he said he would go and collect it get it made up and we could have it today instead. Our little one was very pleased, will definitely be returning there if we need any more bikes/bike parts! Thank you again

I used Jardine Cycles as one of the local suppliers who participate in the cycle to work scheme. I cannot speak highly enough of the service. Terry was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful... he even contacted me to confirm my order on his day off. I would have no hesitation in recommending the shop.

This shop is just fantastic! A friend recommended them when another shop quoted me more than the bike had cost in the first place for repair and suggested I should just scrap it. These guys were much more helpful and I've taken my bike in for service/repair twice now - both times they completed the work within 24 hours for a very reasonable price and to a high standard. After the last service it felt like I was riding a new bike.

Today we went in to look at balance bikes for our toddler and Terry was absolutely brilliant with him. There was no hard sell but plenty of friendly advice which made our decision very easy. The offer of a lollipop at the right moment helped separate our boy and the display bike without the upset and distress we were expecting! And all the way home he was talking about his new friend and the bikes we looked at.
