We visited as a couple with our young daughter. We hadn't tried Greek food before so had some Meze dishes, prawns, mussels and Greek sausage. We also had a big plate of gyros and a yummy dessert. All of the food was delicious and we really enjoyed it. The atmosphere was relaxing and our young daughter was made to feel very welcome. The waiter was very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this restaurant.

We had a fantastic meal here on Tuesday evening. Such a nice warm welcome. We chose dishes that we’d not heard of before from the specials board, we were not disappointed. It is a great find in Bath and to go to a family run business. Wish them all the best for the future and we will definitely visit when we return to Bath. �

Visited last night, for a meal on our last evening in bath this trip. Staff couldn't have been more accomodating squeezing us in as we hadn't booked. The food was fabulous, definitely the best experience we had in our short holiday, and that's saying something!

Unbelievably good food. Even had my favourite dessert.! Shall be returning again and again.....

We were made to feel so welcome and loved how much like being in Greece it was.

The food was delicious and plenty of it and we had a giggle at the end asking for our bill in really bad greek

My husband and I first dined here just after it had first opened, and just after he’d proposed! We loved it and vowed to return. We returned yesterday evening, six months after getting married, and it was just as good as the first time. It is a very small, intimate restaurant, with beautiful paintings of Greece on the walls and atmospheric Greek music playing in the background. All of the staff are Greek and are very considerate and attentive, without being overbearing. The food is fantastic, especially the hummus and tzatziki dips with warm pitta bread. I can’t recommend this restaurant highly enough. It feels like you’re in a little Greek taverna.

My husband and I came here for lunch, just after visiting the Roman Baths and to celebrate Valentine’s Day and we loved it! Super delicious food, cosy place and very charming and friendly staff. Highly recommended �

My husband and I called in her a few months back for a coffee and after being enticed to try the home made desserts we were hooked. We have had the pleasure of dining here on several occasions now and the food is delicious and there is always a warm welcome.

I took my daughter here for her birthday meal and she was full to bursting when she left.

My friend and I took our young daughters here for lunch. It’s a small place which feels like you are in someone’s front room (but nicer and more stylish!), eating authentic, delicious Greek food. The waiter was friendly, the food was great - we had hummus, a really tasty smoky aubergine dip, Greek sausage, courgette fritters and Greek salad. I’d definitely go back.

If you are looking for Authentic Greek Food the look no further, the family that own and run "Jars Meze" are originally from Corfu.

I / we as a family would highly recommend Jars Meze to everyone.

The service is excellent, the staff are always smiling and have to see you and the food is to die for !!!

First time ate out in three weeks after Royal Marines detox.

Mrs had House moussaka and I had Pork Gyros combined with coffees and Mythos beer, was excellent well presented food with great friendly service. We will definitely be back as loved it to the extent that convinced us to go back on holiday to Greece again.

Absolutely delicious food �!!!! It was 16 years ago when I went to Greece � for the last time. It was my life holiday which I will never forget. Food!!! People!!! Culture!!! For me visiting your restaurant remains me how much I miss this food and atmosphere. We tried 4 different meals and two deserts also traditional coffee � of course and... 5 � for you for every single things which we ordered. Please bring your child too as they are so caring, smiling and professional always makes sure you have whatever you need. Thank you guys � I will see you very soon
