Today's post........it's spring 🙂. Post me some pictures of the spring flowers in your garden or house; or a picture showing today's blue sky.

Take out packs will be available from midweek next week. Ceramics as shown in photos plus £5 for 6 colours of your choice per ceramic.
Foam clay also available for £2 when bought with a ceramic.
Email at info@jarsofclayceramics.co.uk or send us a private message on Facebook. We will need to know your choice of ceramic, 6 paint colours and contact details. We will then arrange a suitable time for collection.

Regrettably the coffee shop will now be closed until further notice, however we will be open 11 a.m until 3 p.m tomorrow, Saturday 21st, for people to collect ceramics. I believe I am also still able to serve take-out drinks and cake.
As of next week we will be offering take-out packs for ceramic painting. This will include a pottery item of your choice (picture guidance on choice and prices to follow) plus a pack to include paints, a brush and instructions. Normal cerami...c prices apply, paint packs will cost £5. Orders may be placed now and will be ready to collect next week. Pop in, ring or message us. Local deliveries, and subsequent collection of painted ceramics for firing, can be organised if needed.

Exercise as well as craft 🙂

We took minus £20 today as I had to give a deposit refund on a take-out kit😐....but on the plus side :
We have reduced the capacity of the studio so we have three family sized tables with a wide gap between each. Please ring before coming to ensure we have space.
We will dispense paint to minimise hand contact on surfaces.
... Tables and chairs have been thoroughly cleaned today and will be wiped down and cleaned with anti-bac between users.
We will still be serving hot and cold drinks and delicious cake, of course. Toasted sandwiches etc will not be on the menu for time being.
We have compostable take-out cups and can do cake to take away if you would like.
We have our foam clay kits to take away (that don't need to be returned for firing). We also have take-out kits for ceramic painting (a refundable deposit is payable on the paint pack) and all our ceramics could be painted at home with acrylic paints and sprayed once dried with varnish to make them shiny (we cannot yet supply the acrylic paints). These would not be food safe. In time we will probably be offering a delivery and collection service for kits if you are isolating. Watch this space.
