Jasmine Day Spa

A low level of customer service with poor attitude from a member of staff which impacted my experience. Unfortunately I would not return or recommend Jasmine Day Spa.

Been going to the spa now a few times over the last couple of months utilising their offers of the month. Very good discount so what is not to like. Had full body massage a couple of times now and very nice. Make use of the late nights so massage after a tough day at work does the trick. Will continue to use these great offers.

The spa and treatments are on par with other venues I've visited. So why the 1 star? I signed up for their email and received the offers of the month. I rang to make an appointment - checked the valid times and T&c's, etc. When I go to pay after the treatment, they quote the full price. The first time was was taken aback, embarrassed even. I thought I misread something. Next offer came out and I read very carefully and I made sure to ask when I booked the appointment "I am replying to the offer - this appointment is valid for that, right?" "Yes" they responded. Again, I get to the till and they quote the full priced treatment. Again with the sticker shock. I said, "But I thought I this was the treatment of the month?" She said, "Oh ok" and then changed it. I am *still* giving them the benefit of the doubt so a few months later.... you guessed it. The exact same thing happens again.

How is anyone supposed to relax and enjoy a treatment if they know that this "conflict" will take place at the till? It's utterly embarrassing for the customer. By the third time I sussed that this seems to be a business practice and not a coincidence.

I knew at that point I was never returning. I got the next offer by email. I sent them a direct email asking to take me off their list and gave them all the reasons why, as per my account above. They didn't respond with an explanation and they didn't take me off the list. I now just send their offers straight to spam.
