I'm a Spanish chef, with roots from La Rioja, Madrid and the North of Spain, Asturias. For me cooking is all about flavours. When I cook my objective is to deliver food for you to enjoy and have a 360 experience to inspire all your senses.
Having worked for some of the best Spanish restaurants in London such as Iberica o Lurra (Winning restaurant of the Monocle Restaurant Awards 2016), I am now determined to bring the Spanish cuisine to your home so you can enjoy it in a whole different way.
