'Tis the season...' for- NATIVITY! Today Toby is playing an inn keeper in his nursery Nativity play! (Pass the tissues!) Next week Jake will play a sheppard. Although we arent highly religious i do feel its important for the boys to learn the stories of the bible, our nativity and bible stories are a fantasic way to do that, from stickers and colouring to full story books availablw to order from £4.99-£12.99.

Morning all. Well after a busy weekend of re homing books its back to the day(evening) job today.
I thought i would share one of my highlights of the weekend.

The question i got asked by a young man (late teens/early 20's - im rubnish with age!)
My reply.... NO! Certainly not!!! 😁
The trap people fall in with Usborne books is that the focus too much on the 'childrens' tag line. I always say that we sell books suitable for birth to 99+ Teens, adults, grandparents - all can get enjoyment from our gorgeous award winning books. So if you like it for you- then treat your self!
Needless to say he bought the book. 😊 Happy reading.

We love usbourne books. For work, for my children and for me. I still use "my first cook book" from when I was a child. Both my children have grown from the "that's not my...." books to more advanced readers and I'm about to purchase the creative writing series on Jayne's recommendation for my 8 year old who wants to be an author!! WE LOVE USBOURNE and jayne is a perfect presenter xxx

I bought my 5 year old daughter one of the pony mad princess books. She is struggling with some bits in it but she loves it and is trying so hard to read it so mammy can buy her more. So looks like we'll be adding to the collection. It's a very good book and designed for little girls. The service was amazing too as jayne highly recommend this one.
